We hope you know that if you're eating our product that you're eating fish. A fish that was once a living creature that you're now getting ready to put on your plate. We also hope that you know how to properly prepare and handle it. If you don't, here's a primer:

- This product should be kept refrigerated or frozen until ready to be cooked.
- Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
- Keep raw meat away from other foods and wash all working surfaces, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.
- Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot then immediately refrigerate or discard leftovers.
