Product description: Coho salmon fillets are portioned, individually vacuum-packed, and frozen. Fillets vary in size and can weigh anywhere between 1.8 - 2.2 pounds and provide 6-10 servings. A single serving is considered 3.5 oz.

Fish Box Amount: The single fillet option consists of one individually wrapped fillet. The 5 lb box contains 2-3 individually wrapped fillets. The 10 lb box option contains 3-5 individually wrapped fillets.
