Our salmon are caught in season (June - September) and will be available beginning mid-September each year. Inventory is limited and we can only fill orders with what we catch. Our website is frequently updated with inventory counts to make sure we only offer what we have. All orders, including pre-orders, are processed on the day that they are placed. This means that you pay now and pick up your order at the specified location, date, and time. All online orders must be picked up at one of our partner pick-up locations at the selected date and time. We now offer free delivery on Thursdays from 4-6 pm for customers with a Gig Harbor delivery address! Select “Gig Harbor Local Delivery” during checkout and we’ll be in contact to confirm the date and time. Currently, we do not offer shipping options for general orders but we encourage you to contact us to discuss alternative arrangements!
We specialize in three varieties of Pacific Salmon for our raw, frozen products and two varieties of Pacific Salmon for our smoked products. We think each variety is wildly delicious and recommend trying all!
